If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected—or simply want to live more in line with your values—therapy might be a good fit. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit. Sometimes just having a space to reflect and build skills can create meaningful shifts.

Life happens, and plans can change—no worries. If you need to cancel, just give at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid any fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment incur a 50% charge, as that time has been set aside just for you. You’ll be asked to agree to this policy when booking.

I support people navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, identity struggles, relationship issues, and more. Whether you’re facing something specific or just feeling off-track, we can explore it together and work toward something more meaningful.

No referral needed—you’re welcome to book directly through the Book Now Link. Unlike seeing a psychologist through Medicare, there's no need for a GP referral or mental health care plan. Just choose a time that works for you and you're all set.

Not at this stage. I currently operate outside of the Medicare rebate system, which means you don’t need a referral or paperwork to get started. To keep therapy accessible, my session fees have been adjusted to match typical gap fees you’d pay with a care plan anyway.

Between sessions, I often invite clients to experiment with skills or reflections that came up in therapy. These aren’t “homework” in a school sense—they’re more like little challenges or practices to test out in real life. It’s all part of building momentum toward lasting change.
